How access works

You grant it. You can revoke it.

We do not ask for passwords and we never log in as you. Access flows through Meta’s own permission system, which means you can see exactly what we hold and withdraw it in a click.

    You authorise us

    Access is granted from your own Meta Business Manager — through partner permissions, a system user token, or, for WhatsApp, Embedded Signup. Nothing moves until you grant it.

    We operate, scoped

    We only touch the assets you explicitly granted, and only for the work in your statement of work. We never access data from a business that has not authorised us.

    You stay in control

    You keep ownership of every Page, Ad Account, Catalog, WhatsApp Business Account, and Instagram account. You can review or revoke our access at any time from your Business Manager.

How we use platform data

Three uses. Nothing beyond them.

Platform Data means any information we obtain from Meta on a client’s behalf. We use it to enable the service the client hired us for — and for nothing else.

Data protection

The commitments we hold ourselves to.

These are contractual, not aspirational. They appear in our client agreements and in our privacy policy.

  • We act as a processor. The client owns the underlying data and remains its controller.
  • We retain Meta data only as long as it is needed to deliver the service, or as Meta's retention rules require.
  • We never sell, license, or share Meta-derived data with data brokers or unrelated third parties.
  • We never use Meta data for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or other eligibility decisions.
  • We hash identifying fields — email, phone, name — with SHA-256 before they leave the client's infrastructure.
  • We configure Limited Data Use and the appropriate data processing options where the law requires them.
  • We respect opt-outs surfaced through the AEM framework, browser signals, and the client's consent platform.
  • We do not send special-category data, or data from users who appear to be under 18, through Pixel or CAPI.
  • We honour deletion requests from Meta and from the underlying user within the time frames Meta sets.
  • We disclose when an automated assistant, rather than a person, is handling a conversation.
