How to ask Precision InfoTech Limited to delete the personal data we hold about you — including data connected through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Messenger. Every request is free, and you never need an account with us to make one.
This page is for anyone who wants Precision InfoTech Limited (“Precision”, “we”, “us”) to delete personal data we hold about them. You can use it whether you are:
One important distinction. When we build or run systems for a client, that client is normally the data controller and we act as their data processor. If your data was collected on a client’s behalf — for example, a message you sent to a business whose WhatsApp number we operate — we will act on that client’s instruction and will forward your request to them without delay, then tell you who they are so you can contact them directly. Our Privacy Policy explains this split in full.
Depending on how you have interacted with us, this can include:
If you connected a Meta or WhatsApp Business account to us, you can cut off our access at any time directly from Facebook, without waiting for us. This takes effect immediately.
Removing the integration revokes the access token we hold and stops any further data flowing to us. It does not, on its own, erase data we already stored — to have that deleted too, send us a request using the next section. We recommend doing both.
Email privacy@precisioninfotech.com with the subject line Data deletion request. There is no charge, and you do not need an account with us.
You can also write to us by post or call us — the details are in How to reach us below. We accept requests in any form; the email route is simply the fastest to verify and action.
Precision operates as a Meta Tech Provider and Business Solution Provider. When you ask us to delete Meta-connected data, we remove the following from our systems:
Deleting data from our systems does not delete it from Meta. Content that lives on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp — your Page, your catalog on Meta’s side, or messages held in Meta’s infrastructure — is controlled by Meta and by the account owner, and must be deleted through Meta’s own tools.
Data is removed from live systems first. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling cycle, so a copy may persist in backup for a short period after deletion — it is not restored to live systems, and it is not used for any other purpose.
A deletion request is not always absolute. We may need to retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or where we have an overriding legal reason, in line with the retention periods in our Privacy Policy:
Anything we keep for these reasons is kept only for that purpose. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any further processing, and it is deleted once the obligation lapses.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Nigeria, that is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
